Hendrix's Eccentric Commentary

The MAGA movement has developed a violent edge and armed confrontations no longer seem impossible.  Liberals need to consider the possibility of both general violence and personal threats and frankly the MAGAhats are the people who have most of the guns.

Since Sandy Hook I have been convinced that the US is too heavily armed and restrictions on guns were necessary.  In an ideal world I would still believe that — but the world is changing rapidly and is not ideal.  It is necessary for liberals and those opposed to MAGA to begin preparing for trouble and that might well mean arming ourselves.

I never imagined I would be thinking this way and I wish I didn’t have to now, but I am afraid it is time to start preparing for the worst.
