The Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, director of numerous federal police and security organizations, LITERALLY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT OF HABEUS CORPUS US!!!

In testimony before a Senate committee she stated that habeas corpus  was the power of the president to deport people without due process!

In an even half-sane universe this would be totally, not to mention immediately, disqualifying.
